This derby game ended with only one-point home defeat of 3rd placed Wonju DB (25-14) to fourth ranked Knights (24-15) 66-65 on Sunday evening. It ended at the same time the three-game winning streak of Wonju DB. American center Jameel Warney (203-1994, college: Stony Brook) saved the victory with a double-double by scoring 21 points, 12 rebounds, 4 assists and 4 blocks. Filipino forward Arvin Tolentino (195-1995) contributed with 25 points and 6 rebounds for the winners. American center Henry Ellenson (208-1997, college: Marquette) answered with a double-double by scoring 14 points and 12 rebounds for Wonju DB. Wonju DB's coach Sang-Bum Lee rotated ten players in this game, but that didn't help. Knights have a solid series of four victories in a row. Seoul Knights maintains fourth place with 24-15 record. Wonju DB at the other side dropped to the second position with 14 games lost. They share it with Anyang. Seoul Knights are looking forward to face Sono SG (#7) in Daegu in the next round. An interesting game for Sakers (28-11) which played road game in Anyang against second-ranked Anyang (25-14). First ranked Sakers managed to get a 8-point victory 77-69. It ended at the same time the two-game winning streak of Anyang. It was a great evening for Egyptian center Assem Marei (206-1992, college: MSU) who led his team to a victory with a double-double by scoring 15 points, 22 rebounds and 5 assists. Ki-sang Yu helped adding 22 points. American power forward Johnny OBryant III (207-1993, college: LSU, agency: Slash Sports) responded with 15 points and 9 rebounds. Both coaches used bench players which allowed the starters a little rest for the next games. Sakers have a solid series of four victories in a row. Defending champion maintains first place with 28-11 record. Anyang at the other side keeps the second position with 14 games lost. They share it with Wonju DB. LG Sakers will play against bottom-ranked Daegu (#10) in Incheon in the next round and are hoping to win another game. Anyang will play at home against Suwon KT (#5) and hopes to get back on the winning track.

Skygunners have an impressive series of five victories in a row. Sono SG maintains seventh place with 17-22 record. Suwon KT lost third consecutive game. They keep the fifth position with 20 games lost. They share it with KCC Egis. Sono SG will meet higher ranked Seoul Knights (#4) on the road in the next round and it will be quite challenging to get another victory. Suwon KT will play against the league's second-placed Anyang and will have a slim chance for a victory.
